The highest paying jobs will demand a work force of well-educated individuals with strong technological skills. There will be a few opportunities for the individual who has no technological training at all. Therefore, students, teachers, administrators, and staff will effectively use state of the art technology resources on a daily basis as they go about the business of teaching and learning.
